Great Wall Restaurant

Very disappointed. Long time customer, we usually order delivery 2-3 times a month. Over the last few months we have seen a drastic decline in the quality of the food and delivery times around an hour and a half to two hours. Looking for a new Chinese Restaurant in the West End / Meridian area.

For 8 years Great Wall was the only place I'd order Chinese food. However, Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to own up to and correct a small mistake will prevent me from ever ordering or suggesting Great Wall again. They do not appreciate your business. Due yourself a favor and go somewhere else that appreciates you choosing to spend your money with them.

Great Wall is an amazing restaurant and has a great buffet. You can order something off a menu, go to the buffet, or cook up something of your own creation. Do not be daunted by the raw meat. You give it to a chef and they will light it on fire in front of you. So fun, go there. It's great. Service is great! You will find yourself tipping well.

I have been ordering from this place for years and tonight may have been the last time. I had an order for delivery through Doordash and did not receive any of the sauces for my order. I don't mind but my kids won't eat the Mandarin chicken without the sauce. So I called the restaurant and asked if they would be willing to send some since it was their mistake and I was told no, they can't help me. So I offered to load up my kids and come pick it up and they still said no. I was told that they can't help me and to contact doordash. So they basically wouldnt give me any of the sauce I paid for. I understood not being able to deliver the sauce if they are busy but not willing to let me come pick some up was ridiculous. Very disappointing.
