I had a coupon for $16.95 when I got up to the counter with my items I was told that I could not use the coupon for anything that was over $16.95 and just pay the difference. I was also told that I could not use a coupon on anything that was on sale. When I went in the body sprays where in sale for $4.95 and she told me that the coupon was taking one of those off. I asked if they cant use a coupon for something that is on sale then why is it taking $4.95 off for something thats on sale. The cashier seemed like she was oblivious to what I was asking. This is not the first time this has happened to me with a coupon I will not be going back. If all of these are fax, not sure what they expect you to Get with your coupon. The whole store is on sale..

GO TO THE BOISE MALL LOCATION!!!!!! This location is the least friendly of all. Really bad customer service. The line is always long because they have one poor girl doing the register While Emma who looks like the one in charge just walks around and does nothing. Emma is not a people person. Extremely unfriendly. Should not work in customer service or retail job. She would be better suited sitting alone in front of a computer where she doesnt have to talk to people. I came in for an online order to pick up and there was a line. Normally at any other location for like the Boise mall someone can bring my order to me so I dont have to wait in line which is why I placed an order online in the first place. Instead of helping me. EMMA RUDELY TOLD ME TO GO STAND IN LINE! EDUCATE HER ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. Or get rid of her. She will drive customers away with that awful entitled attitude. I will tell everyone I know to go to the mall location instead. EMMA, maybe you are having a bad day, but you are absolutely awful.
