        Terrible service! Completely rude, acted as if I was a total inconvenience because I didn't know exactly what I needed. I needed 48, 16"+ anchor bolts for our steel building, I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to find the bolts. When they finally found them and billed me, the bolts were left on the loading dock, in rotten bags that I had to load by myself. There was plenty of employees leaving for the day but none of them offered to help. Next time I'll order from online and NOT SUPPORT LOCAL!!!

        A couple of the older gentlemen that work there have been unfriendly and acted like I was inconveniencing them with a small number of items. I dread every time my husband sends me there to buy anything.

        Rude owner needs to get out retire let younger gentleman at counter do customer service rude owner go somewhere else if owner there I mean rude very very very rude don't waste gas $$$$$$
