I have been using this CU for 3 years now. The "fraud" department is more of a don't ever use your card on vacation or 1 time purchases department. We will be switching credit unions for this reason. The fraud department is just way too aggressive. We also struggle contacting anyone at our home branch by the phone. Way too out of touch witg customer service.

LOVE our P1FCU!! Stopped in for a personal loan and was done in about 20 minutes. My husband stopped in later that day to sign and we had our check by the end of that day! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Horrible. Overdraft fee everytime when my account is setup not to overdraft constantly calling to fix it. Also charge $25 NSF FEE all the time for even $0.01 over and dont wanna fix it when my check deposits MINUTES after. By far the worst bank they are extreme greedy and constantly mischarging me.

Worst branch in The Valley Not a single person with a smile on their face. No sense of urgency, lobby closed Saturdays have to go to another branch most of the time. If there are any issues with account its usually originated at this branch. Retrain your people at southway branch far better service.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CREDIT UNION. The loan officer, Katie, misguided me throughout the entire process. I had only called to inquire about the documents needed, and I had "consented" to what I thought was a soft inquiry as other loan processes officer an initial soft inquiry and because I was not told otherwise, and she pulled a hard inquiry during my very first conversation before I submitted any documents to apply for the auto loan. I explicitly stated and provided a job offer letter of when my start date would be, and she told me that only a verification of employment for my new job would suffice for the application. As a result of her not providing accurate information about the appropriate documents, my application was declined because "I needed a first paystub," and "There are other variables to take into account," that she did not inform me of until after my decline. They said they would need to pull a second hard inquiry because my first paystub would be after the 30 days. She hadn't told me she pulled a hard inquiry until a week later. Her supervisor, Chandra, used the excuse that Katie "was new and not aware/trained" and P1FCU's Vice President of Member Services refused to remove this hard inquiry from my account, even after her supervisor admitted that this process was incorrect and were in the wrong. I reported P1FCU to the Better Business Bureau, and the VP, Vanessa Broemeling, said they would not be correcting this and closed the grievance.I have happily chosen another credit union for my auto loan. This credit union has an A+ rating; was more professional, efficient, and helpful; and guided me through the whole process to ensure it was done correctly the first time. I encourage everyone to steer clear of P1FCU and be aware of the deficient, unprofessional service that P1FCU provides.
