I think its pretty rotten that a walker has to find a car just just to get food at taco time or Arbys....

Went to dinner for my grandson’s birthday and was disappointed. We have gone to Main Street Grill multiple times and never had a bad meal until last night. First, there is no handicap parking. I was told by staff I would need to take this up with the city. REALLY? It’s my responsibility to address this? I watched a lady push a wheelchair across Main Street and struggled to get across. Next, the floor was extremely sticky. Some of the food was not good at all. The ribeye steak looked more like a sirloin. No bone, small, thin, no marbling and had no flavor. The chips that came with the jalapeño dip were so thick and hard. They tasted stale. Ordered a hamburger and received a cheeseburger. I was told they would let the cook know. I would have sent these items back but my family was embarrassed and didn’t want me to do that. Instead they didn’t eat their food. I expect to get a decent meal when I go out to dinner and this was not. To top things off, I called Happy Day Corp. this morning and was told there was NO ONE in the office I could talk to. I find it hard to believe there wasn’t a single person in the office at 10:00 to take my call.
