I don't know what these people are talking about. Sounds like they got there pants in a bunch. I've lived here 20+ years and have heard nothing but great things about this company. I don't think these negers are from Lewiston.

They were not very professional. Hard to get someone to even answer phone. Not real friendly or courteous if you ask questions and want to get detailed answers. IT seems more and more excuses for businesses seem to be doing things in this sub-standard manner. Not very happy with the response I got from them. What happened with the old definition of a good business from say 30 to 40 years ago and more???

0 Stars. Asbestos removal is not cheap, look somewhere else. This Spring I called this local asbestos removal company about possible asbestos in a pumphouse ceiling. One of the male owners asked me the dimensions of the structure and location and quote me on that alone. Their workers showed up frustrated that their boss had not told them the roof was tin nor that the material was in granular form, but after several hours, they came to the door to say it was done. The area had been surrounded by caution tape, they wore hazmat suits and respirators so of course, I (along with my young kids) did not go inspect it then. When time came to tear down the pumphouse we found copious asbestos granules left on the ceiling. There was nothing "advanced" about their work. I sent photos of all this with a letter explaining, and a check for the labor of the men removing the roof sheeting. I asked them to talk with me in place of negative reviews. As a business professional, that is the best scenario you can ask for. No response, ignored my calls, cashed my check and kept sending bills. Today he finally answered. He said I should have told him there was vermiculite. How many non-asbestos industry people know what that is? Why didn't he ask me pertinent questions or come test it? He admitted they were unprepared and did incomplete work. He wanted paid in full regardless. I asked, "the money is more important than customer reviews to you?" He said "yes." So, I sent him payment in full. I guess when you work in a single-use industry, you only need to sucker people once.
