Technically I wouldn’t give them a half a star. I’ve been waiting on results being sent to my future employer for about 10 days now. I’ve spent literally hours on the phone and stopping in in person to find out what is taking so long. Very poorly run place. Everyone is complaining about lack of staffing (understandably) but 10 days to send out a fax. Unacceptable

I came across Heritage Health Kellogg after coming off the bike trail and having a portion of my hearing aid lodged in my ear. Heather at the desk was very attentive and helpful and Physician Assistant Nicole immediately tended to my problem removing the part. Both were very professional. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Thank you both.

I went with my mother to her appointment with Dr. Herold the other day and her nurse Hayden was very rude and had a horrible attitude towards me and my mother. Treated my mother like garbage. I do not know if she was having a bad day or what but I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was that day by Dr. Herold's nurse. Dr. Herold herself is a good doctor and has helped my mother in numerous ways she just needs a new nurse. That one person put a bad taste in my mouth for the whole facility unfortunately and I have heard nothing but bad things as well from the community of how disrespectful Hayden is to her patients. I might be transferring care for my mother and my children to another facility that I got to because of this and will be spreading the word about this nurse. Mountain Health needs to hire nicer nurses!

They do not care about people or what their lack of care does to a person! Wish the good doctors wouldn't have left!
