PuroClean of IF was wonderful to work with! They were always on time, helped me navigate and understand the insurance claim process, and did a wonderful job, in a timely manner. As soon as we called them, even before we filed the insurance claim, they came in and advised and helped us. Communication is one of the most important aspects of a home tragedy, and Nikki was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process! Thank you PuroClean! I would recommend them without hesitation!

When our basement flooded our first call was to PuroClean. Troy and his team showed up promptly and provided the best service and care. When they were done our rooms looked and smelled like new construction and saved us so much money in repairs.
