Bought a car a year ago and have had lots of problems since. To start off the day after I bought it I went to drive it and it wouldn't start! Turns out the starter had gone out. Moe reluctantly fixed it after me pressuring him even though he kept saying that they weren't responsible for it since it was already off the lot. After having that issue I decided to take it to Wally's to have it checked to make sure nothing else was wrong with it. One of the rims was cracked which if you take it to any tire shop they will refuse to put a new tire on it because it's not safe. Also there was a problem with the coolant bottle, the bottle needed replaced and their version of fixing it was to put caulking around the leak which lasted like 2-3 weeks till I found the problem and was forced to fix it myself.
When I bought the car it was the middle of winter and it had snow on the roof. Once it warmed up and the snow melted I realized that the roof had severe sun damage and needs to be repainted. Repainting a car is not cheap in the least. Also about 6 months into owning the car I found out that when they replaced the engine they didn't insulate the wiring correctly and the wiring harness that controlled my park lights, my power steering, and part of my diagnostics computer was grounding to the chaise. I took it into a repair shop and they were surprised how improperly things were handled with the previous engine replacement.
I knew I wasn't buying a perfect car to start with, but for what I paid and for the quality that was promised I was quickly disappointed with this dealership and I would have returned the car within a week if I could have. As time went on and more and more things came to light my disappointment has turned into complete and utter disgust. I took Moe for his word and that was a huge mistake. Would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

If you like to buy the worst cars and pay the highest prices then shop at eastside auto sales. The owners will knowingly rip you off and laugh about it later. They never put or have gas in anything because they are unbelievably cheap. Reconditioning doesnt happen on there cars they do cheap quick fixes to get you to buy the car and you end up putting money int to the car later to fix what they should have already fixed. Everything comes from auction beat up, broke down, and unwanted. They then fix the absolute minimum, dont change fluids and put it on the lot for a price only a dummy would pay. YOU MUST NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS! They NEED to go out of business!!

I purchased a Volkswagen beetle from East Side about a year ago, I have had nothing but problems with it. 3 days after the sale the check engine light came on. I went into east side and they told me that it was just for something stupid and to not worry about it. I took the car into Wally's a couple weeks later because the light was not going off and it was bugging me. At Wally's the mecanic told me that the piston rings were worn causing 3 of 4 cylinders to misfire. I knew that that issue took time to develop, so I went back to east side and asked them to fix the issue. well, they did, but they made sure to strip my car of the catalytic converter before returning it to me. The check engine light is still on due to the catalytic converter missing and so I have been fighting with Blaine over at east side to get that fixed since they took it out without telling me or asking me first so i wanted them to fix it. Every time Blaine says he will call me, he doesn't, he doesn't return my calls, in order to get information about MY car that's sitting out there I have to take time to go in there, even then he ignores me and is just plain rude. My fiancee had been looking for a new car and i told him not to get one from east side because of all the issues i have had so he did and blaine saw him driving the new car and now refuses to help me!!! He has been telling me for the past 3 weeks that they would replace the catalytic converter that they stripped and now he is saying that he won't do it because my fiancee bought a car elsewhere. He also told me that I have no proof so I can't make him fix it. They sell horrible cars for high prices knowing there are problems with them. They will try and try to scam you. They feed you crap stories about how the octane in the gas you get makes the engine light turn on. I have had nonstop issues with this car and these guys for over a year. I will never go there again!!!! for anything!!
