Franklin's Famous Cheesesteak Company

I ordered a Reuben sandwich and Onion rings. First off, I was shocked to say the least when I was told it was $20. This is not an upscale restaurant. I know prices have gone up. That's ridiculous! It was the worst Reuben sandwich I've ever had. The first few bites were nothing but sauerkraut, hoagie bun and cheese with a Russian dressing that tasted horrible. Where's the marble rye bread? I ended up throwing most of the sandwich away, it tasted so bad. Very disappointed!

Food: The food was delicious! I went with the Philly since it is the first one on the menu. I would highly recommend it and can't wait to try the others on the menu. Cleanliness: The restaurant was clean, although you can tell they are working on spicing up the inside. Service & Speed: The service was great. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. It took a little bit to get my food, but it's not fast food, it's great food!

This was my first time eating at this establishment. Amazing atmosphere, I had the New York Pastrami and my coworker had the Boise Bronco. They were so delicious we ended up sharing. The fries were excellent. Highly recommended.

This place is extremely dirty, hair in my food, and they don't know what a cheesesteak is. Don't waste your money.
