        We have rented a water softener from Culligan the past 8 years. Last week the top of the tank blew off and by the time we shut our water supply off, 60 plus gallons of water seeped into our hallway and one bedroom. They took the unit away but never a "sorry...what can we do for you, etc. This was the malfunction of the unit and we cleaned up the water (took 3 days) ourselves. Will never do business with them again
