Diamond Charters Fishing

Despite lack of cooperation from the fish, perhaps because they obey the solunar charts, our enthusiastic and hard-working guide was superb. I'd recommend Diamond anytime you're fishing out of Sandpoint.

My family decided to go Deep Sea fishing today and we chose Diamond Charters and the experience was great. The captain and the first mate were a great team and were very knowledgable about fishing, the area and just all around great guys. We tried and tried and ended up catching a few fish but the experience was the best part. I would love to charter this boat again with them both. I am very happy about the whole experience.. I grew up spending weekends and entire summers in Sandpoint. Fishing and skiing with my dad. He grew up there and wanted me to have all of the experiences he had. Now I have a daughter (she is 10) and I want her to have all of those memories as well. We found them! My daughter loved Ed, I think he even liked her. :) We had so much fun. She caught her first rainbow right away, 18inches! We caught a total of 4 rainbow and 9 kokanee. Holy Cow! I haven't done that since 1992. Captain Ed is organized, crazy knowledgeable, smart, funny, yet stoic and by the book...he is also incredibly huggable. My daughter learned so much and said it was the happiest day of her entire year. We will continue to go back every summer to fish with Ed...if he will have us.:) I am disabled and the captain made sure I was well cared for. He took concern with all of my needs and made sure my daughter and I were safe and happy. His boat is wonderful and comfortable. He is a great captain. Go with him, fish with him. I mean it. CALL NOW!
