The food was to die for! Crab bisque was incredible. Tequila lime shrimp and jasmine rice had the most delectable sauce. But the desserts will leave you craving more. Chocolate raspberry cheesecake and peanut butter chocolate pie are perfect! We were looking for a great place to eat on our trip to Coeurd'Alene and we found it here! Wish we lived closer so we could go here again! Don't miss this amazing place on your trip, but call ahead for a reservation.

Fantastic food, some of the best we have had in Coeur D' Alene. Desserts and sauces will make you want more.

This is an absolute treasure in Hayden. The atmosphere is quiet and intimate, and the menu is wonderful. I ordered the ribeye steak--incredible. Mouthwatering, tender, and served with mushrooms, caramelized onions, and a light wine sauce (if I recall correctly). The vegetables were also delicious, especially the carrots (since when do veggies get compliments?). I'm a red wine lightweight, so opted for the McMannis Pinot Noir, which was nice. I found the wine list to have a good variety. Everyone in my party was delighted with their selections, and dessert was heavenly. The desserts are unique and always changing.
I cannot recommend Kynrede Cafe highly enough, although be sure you allow yourself plenty of time to relax and enjoy the food and spirits--your meal is being prepared just for you by the sole chef and cook (and one of the proprietors), and you are served by the other two proprietors. I look forward to returning when the patio opens up. This place is a gem!
