I called three different plumbers and William's gave me the most reasonable quote to install my new fixtures in my new master bathroom. They were on time, professional, personable, knowledgeable and did a very nice job relocating several pipes from sticking out of walls and ceilings into the walls where they belong. I had some leaking from the tub drain that my husband couldn't fix, and they were back quickly and find that the manufacturer of the tub did a sloppy job with the drain hike that has jagged edges. They repaired it in no time and also fixed my sink faucet that started leaking. Services: Toilet installation, Leak investigation and repair, Tap installation

I was quoted between $200 and $250 for a plumbing job by the owner of the company. This was by text and so I have proof of this quote. They went out and did the job and it was $525.50. When I asked the owner about it, he said he would check for me and get back to me. He did get back to me with this answer, "After looking at the work order the guys turned in. I can see the reason that the bill is more than estimated over the phone. Further information would have been helpful. I'm going to leave billing as is. Thanks Lowell." My response was, "If they knew the job was going to cost twice as much they should have checked with me before doing the job." No more communication from the owner. I have no idea what "further information" he is talking about. I will not do business with him again. Additionally, they want an additional 3% if you use a credit card
