What does anyone ask of a small town diner? Eggs.. Hashbrowns and.. bottomless coffee. Bonus points for a nurturing waiter, booths and some deer pictures on the wall to top it off. Western Cafe was exactly that and more just a few days ago when I emerged from a horrifying weekend in the Gooding Idaho desert. Our server was incredible, he spiced up every interaction with his own quirky humor and wit. His unique jokes made the dining experience memorable and I will recommend this little place to anyone passing through. The food was reasonably priced and overall it was so soothing we went back two days in a row! I would tell you his jokes but they are better off experienced first hand.
