Just do as Your told and you will be fine. Graduated here December 18 2021. Defiantly one heck of an experience.

This place really changed my outlook on life. i graduated on level two, but before that i was not doing very well at all. alot of the people who leave bad reviews on this place are the people who never cooperated with the program, because i didn't cooperate for the longest time. but after you start to engage in it and start trying to change yourself, things will start to get a lot better. when you first get there you have to earn your way up to the fun things and privileges. and if you are a kid that is going to go here and reading the reviews, dont get on work crew please. it. sucks. but if you do, just know that its never to late to change your attitude. goodbye

Would NEVER send my child here. 1. First off, they make the environment so rule-oriented most of the kids are more worried about following some stupid rules than actually learning and growing. 2. A majority of the direct care or dorm staff are incompetent and unprofessional. They frequently encouraged cliques and drama, including encouraging students to physically harm each other. 3. In no way is isolation a suitable treatment for kids who have already struggled with depression and fitting in. Also replacing education with labor when a child hasn't "followed all the rules" (which is at the discretion of some very nitpick, power hungry staff) is unprofessional and cruel. It has been exactly three years to the day that I graduated and I still shudder when I think about this place. The treatment by a majority of the staff was the worst part of this place. The staff had clear favorites and you had to spend more time "sucking up" to them than actually improving your mental health. 4. They also forced you to confess to things that you never did, otherwise they'd keep you on punishment until you did. Never, ever have I felt more oppressed or judged than I did at PP. 5. Went back and visited about 8 months after I graduated and some of the students that I had gone with were STILL there. They will extend you for absolutely anything. 6. Family component was absolutely dog sh*t. My family and I got along horribly and there was very little therapy that involved them too. It was mostly just my counselor telling them everything I told her. I left Patch and less than 2 months later, I moved out because our relationship had absolutely deteriorated.
