Daniel was fantastic to work with at the Meridian Idaho parts department at Camping World. You need more employees like him.
He took care of mt issues and did a great job finding the parts and answers.

Consignment at this location is a joke. They'll price your unit the same as a new model so no one looks at yours and it sits on the lot. "No one is available" to talk to when you call to discuss the issues.
2024 update. We got our camper back from consignment and they had stolen parts from the interior for other campers! We had to wait 2 months for them to find a replacement, and now that we have it at home, we found they must have broken a light, and then replaced it with one that won't shut off!
Save yourself from regret and go ANYWHERE else!

Nice people but they didnt have an answer for any question I had. I have since learned in my experience to go with other companies who know their stuff and are more willing to help. As a first time RV owner I was very overwhelmed and still am.
Update Troy the GM called me after seeing this and answered a bunch of my questions and was willing to help. Appreciate his call.

One of my closest associates recently made a significant purchase from Camping World Meridian. Unfortunately, she was subjected to unjust treatment and taken advantage of. Upon inspecting the camper, we discovered that the insurance charges were inflated, surpassing what was originally agreed upon. Furthermore, we were informed that the camper came equipped with a hydraulic jack, yet it was absent upon arrival. To our surprise, the keystone company confirmed that the jack was indeed included in the camper, contradicting what we were told. Additionally, the battery installed in the camper proved to be inadequate for its intended use, despite assurances to the contrary. Fortunately, my friend had the foresight to record every conversation from the moment she stepped foot in the establishment. Such unethical conduct cannot go unpunished.

I had a positive experience with my salesman, Cody, who displayed exemplary professionalism. However, in regards to my purchase of a camper from Camping World, I regret not having consulted their Facebook page beforehand. Unfortunately, I was overcharged for insurance and provided with false information regarding my interest rate. It has now been six weeks, and I have yet to receive a refund for the insurance funds owed to me. Furthermore, I was assured that my battery was suitable for dry camping, which led me to spend an entire weekend with my family at a reunion, only to discover that this information was completely untrue. Consequently, I contacted the service manager, Andy, who suggested that, for a fee of $185 per hour, they could replace the faulty battery and ensure its proper functionality. This entire situation is quite disheartening, especially considering that I am actively employed in the field of social media and possess a substantial number of followers. It is truly astonishing that a company, in which individuals who have never purchased an RV place their trust, can mistreat their customers in such a flagrant manner.
let me know if forget that I talked to Keystone and every article I had all the paperwork I had said that my trailer came with a electronic jack to lift it up to put on your vehicle and when I got there, they had a hand jack on it and said it did not come with one. Keystone informed me that all of their campers come with the hydraulic jack thats why its in their ad so it was removed and they charged me extra to have it put on. So be careful.
