I am overwhelmed at the love and support I felt from not only Joelee but all the staff at Bella Vida. They went completely above and beyond to take care of my family and myself during such a difficult time. We didnt really know how to handle everything and Joelee is absolutely the most amazing woman. She answered all of our questions and whats more basically handled and did everything for us so we could grieve without worry. Im still shocked at the amount of care and love we received. Thank you Bella Vida for all you did for us and thank you Joelee for taking such amazing care of Shane!!!

I am a widow at 40 and I have absolutely had the hardest time with everyone for weeks. No one at any office the life insurance, the union, the job he worked, the primary care doctor, the 100 funeral homes that were not helpful. Then there was Tammy. Tammy the manager at Bella Vida was caring, efficient, helpful, she was outraged as I was at how I have been treated, and that was so needed, just that someone took time and listened and cared and finally helped me. I'm already devastated and I cant say enough what that meant to me. Thank you Tammy from the bottom of my heart.

It will be a long time before I am able to forget how mean the funeral person Cody was. My brother whom I was very close to died suddenly and I made decisions based on his previously expressed wishes. My mistake was forgetting that he had a daughter some 32 years previously our family knew very little about, and never realizing she would be considered his next of kin. Cody let me have it threatening me with possible law suits etc. on the most profoundly sad day of my 70 years for decisions I made. I is The daughter knew nothing of our family names so when Cody had to call me back he was as sweet as honey, a total personality shift. The man seems to have no regard for how traumatic the death of a beloved family-member is. My heart is broken but my mind re plays Codys mean words over and over.

I can't express how much I appreciate Bella Vida. My MIL was in home hospice; my husband was understandably overwhelmed and had not picked or looked at any funeral homes, so it was relatively short notice since we knew she didn't have much time. I called around for him and ended up picking Bella Vida. Cody was polite, respectful and very helpful when I spoke to him on the phone. He arrived quickly when she did pass and was just as respectful and professional in person as he was over the phone. They made the process as easy as possible and took some stress out of a heartbreaking situation for us. I highly recommend them.
