The products they sell, the fees they charge, and the turnaround from order to completion are very reasonable. No business is perfect, so keeping this in mind, when something is not exactly the way you expect it to be, letting them know and allowing them the opportunity to set it right is always a good idea. The only thing that I would have to complain about is that all the products I looked at while waiting for my order to be completed were made in China. I don't have much against the occasional Chinese product but it be so nice for Americans to sell Made in America products. Finally, if you need business products, give this business an opportunity to provide them for you. We have been satisfied customers and will continue doing business with them.

Went to mail something and wasn't too bad but went back to mail something else a few weeks later and the box was smaller and lighter and double the price???!!!

Got what we needed but the person who answered the phone was not nice at all. And the person who waited on us was in the same grumpy 😡 mood as the woman who answered the phone.
