        Some girl wouldn't sell my 28 year old fianc cigarettes because "his ID is blurry. 1. It's not blurry at all. 2. Just scan it and it'll tell you if it's fake. She just refused to sell them to him. Incredibly annoying.

        Company needs to help new employees understand how to read IDs. Refused sale to me cuz "the picture looks blurry to me". Never had this issue anywhere else except by this power tripping employee who clearly shouldn't be handling purchases requiring ID without further training. Extremely frustrating experience.
