I really cannot say enough good things about Heather. Heather was our buying agent when we bought our home in Eagle 6 years ago. We were first time home buyers and used a VA Loan. Heather is incredibly knowledgable about Eagle real estate and the specific requirements for VA. She made the process easy and minimized our anxiety and stress. When we decided to sell our home this year, we knew we could trust Heather to maximize the value of our home and to be honest and direct with us about updates and the correct price point. Again Heather made the process of selling our home as streamlined and stress free as we could hope for. We had moved out of town prior to our home hitting the market and Heather worked with us in finding reputable contractors to make updates to the home and even went so far to as to manage the various contractors we had making updates to insure that everything was done in a timely matter and did not delay the house hitting the market. Heather was hands on through the sales process, holding multiple open houses and following up on every showing until we received an acceptable offer. Heather also was key in negotiating through the offer and inspection period and pushing everything through, we even ended up closing early. In short, I would recommend Heather to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Eagle.

Without her I believe our house would still be on the market.
