We recently worked with Hunter Creek Mortgage on a home refi. I shopped online lenders and local credit unions first, and Hunter Creek came through with the best deal for us in the end. Great group of guys here! Joe and William together are a force to be reckon with, they work diligently day in and day out to close on your home at the best rate possible. The scary part about going through the home buying process is not knowing who to go through, hunter creek mortgage knows the mortgage business better than anyone in the treasure valley and are always a call away to anwser ANY questions you have, (even the dumb questions). My case was a little bit different and Joe went above and beyond to satisfy the underwriters conditions. I got a recommendation from friends who also had the best home buying experience with Joe.
