I was completely overwhelmed with the prospect of buying a house...thought I would never qualify and had no idea where to start. I was embarrassed to show my finances to anyone. My realtor arranged an initial meeting with Jeanne Pagoaga just to explain how things work and review my financials and tell me where I stood and what I could do to improve my prospects. And who knew! I qualified! Jeanne answered all my questions and explained everything so I could understand it. Then, when my realtor had a family emergency and couldn't make it to my closing, Jeanne came in her place so we were able to close on schedule.
