Dr Ayers is awesome and understanding. After going to so many doctors who refused to fill my prescription I had been getting for 10+ years Im so relieved to have found a doctor who listens to his patients needs and preferences. Hes a great doctor and Im so glad I found Bridgeway health services

I have been of patient of Kellees for 5+ years. Kellee is wonderful and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. This review is solely about ALL of my negative experiences with the front office and their billing. There is not a month that goes by that I dont have either an entire duplicate office visit charge or Im over charged and the worst part about it is literally every month I call to explain whatever it is thats happening that month they actually argue with you and talk over you and just throw in random things without acknowledging the wrong doing. Kellee said to me You shouldnt be having to babysit your account like this and shes right. If I didnt though who knows what these guys would get away with and the only time theyre ever quick to resolve an issue is if you owe money. If theyve taken more money from you itll take weeks to get resolved. No one calls back when they say they will and they act irritated when you call them out on it. Theyve literally left notes in my account about what I pay so im not overcharged and it still happens. This is one of the worst experiences ive ever had with a front office. I recommend everyone monitor their accounts with these guys or you could be paying way more than you should! UPDATE: I was overcharged 40.00 this month and was charged on my debit card over the amount I ACTUALLY owed and they will not refund me the difference even acknowledging it was a mistake. They basically said its just a credit on my account now and theres nothing they can do for THEIR mistake in overcharging my card! Wow! Theft is what that is.

I had been a patient for approximately 8 years. The first 6 years went relatively smooth. Met monthly with a focus on medication effectiveness and dosage adjustments. Then due to my provider moving locations I switched to another P.A. Same approach and then a blood test comes back with a slightly elevated depakote level after 30 years taking the medication the PA made the decision to switch to Trileptal plus add in an antidepressant. From that point forward things just got worse. Ending up in ERs, constantly changing medications, dosage, adding therapy, and elevated liver enzyme. The PA is a very likable person, but is not a good listener, refused to accept her diagnosis was wrong, and above all being self aware that she was operating way above her pay grade. My ownership is that I should have never given my trust and care to a PA instead of a MD. Lesson learned the hard way. Overall rating from administration to providers 2 out of 5. Bridgeway is basically an urgent care, quick in/out for mental health. I hope this feedback helps someone make a more informative decision. Be well.

The doctors there are great but the front desk has been a nightmare ever since I started going here in 2019 and it keeps getting worse. The fact that almost all of their negative review are about the front desk would make you think theyd make some changes and give them better training or hire employees that are more knowledgeable and responsible. I keep running out of my meds and trying to get refills is like pulling teeth. Theres been times I call and tell them I need refills and then they dont even get my name or date of birth and they just say yeah Ill do that and then I never hear back. They need to realize how important it is to make sure clients are getting meds refilled on time. We get withdrawals when we run out of a lot of these meds. Also youd think theyd have more compassion considering its a mental health clinic. I love my psychiatrist but honestly Im going to start looking for a new provider because the front staff is the literal worst. Theyre seriously unprofessional. Ive even overheard them talking negatively about patients right in front of me while I was waiting in the office. Good help is hard to find and I get that but please try.
