Crunch Fitness - Eagle

This gym is amazing. Just got a nice remodel and the manager Hayden really loves this place and cares about the members! New equipment , clean, and friendly staff! What more could I ask for?

I have been concerned about Crunch's billing practices since we joined. I have had 3 different issues with them not charging the correct debit card and then charging me late fees. For this last issue, we had canceled my son's membership and during a time when he moved out briefly, he went to scan his card. They let him in 14 times and now are trying to bill me for it when I never agreed to re-establish his service. When I contacted the manager she told me that although I "might not approve of the membership being turned back on, but we will not allow him to come for free because you don't feel like paying for it". Well, of course you shouldn't allow him to go for free! My point is they should have never allowed him to use the gym in the first place.

Crunch was a total disappointment. Extremely dirty both in the restrooms and in the gym! We paid for a year membership, left 4 months into it as we couldnt stand how dirty everything was. We now go to a gym thats smaller, but clean and bright and the trainers actually care about the environment of the gym and strive to be a more accosting gym to their members! Its worth paying more for a smaller gym. Crunch you are disappointing!

Make sure to ask for Braxton Dalton. He got me set up with a trainer and it completely changed my life. Love this gym and the atmosphere and the price is hard to beat. Thanks again Braxton
