Stay away from these guys. We bought a $3,500 door and within 6 months, the cheaply assembled door (fake laminate, not real wood) began to peel. When we inquired about this issue, they said its not covered because of the Sun light. My question is, shouldnt a reputable and ethical company ask questions to help purchasers make informed decisions? Clearly they only want your money and then ignore you when their poorly assembled products fail in the first year. Horrible service and zero accountability. On the bright side, they did offer to repair the door at cost for only $2,000. I hope this warning helps others make better and informed decisions.
