State of the art! Felt comfortable and welcomed. Everyone was great. I purchased their in-house annual insurance program that offers 2 exams, 2 cleanings, and a 20% discount on major work. I highly recommend them. They do children as well.

I chose this practice because its across the street from where we live, but it is the best dental care that we have ever had as a family and we are super happy with our treatments.

Castlebury Dental is AMAZING!!! The front office staff is awesome! Chelsea, Tina, Laura and the rest of the team are extremely helpful & friendly; they always have a smile for you when you arrive and check out! My hygienist, Fran, is extremely attentive to my comfort and overall experience during my visits! She is also super friendly and has such a warm disposition! I cant say enough about Dr. Ashley Sara; shes the BEST!!! She always takes time to discuss my exam and makes it a personal and enjoyable experience! Keep up the AWESOME job Castlebury Dental!

Well, sure, everyone is nice. But on an administrative and communicative level, it's shocking how much goes awry here. I have to call weeks after every routine cleaning because I inevitably receive a bill despite it being for preventative care that insurance covers. But the breaking point involved being misled about a mouthguard that would replace a lingual bar. I was told one thing, at one price, by my hygienist and a sales rep, and scheduled the procedure. Awesome! But upon arriving for the appointment a couple weeks later, find out from the doctor it's not at all the scenario that was laid described to me. Accounting for drive time, this was three hours I had to take out of my hourly job, to find out what I was originally told regarding a new mouthguard wasn't even possible. Oh, and then a few weeks later, I get a bill for these very services that WEREN'T EVEN PERFORMED. Fitting. Sure the office and people are nice - that's not a rarity. I'd recommend finding a clinic with better administration and communication.
