I highly recommend everyone to stay away I bought a Subaru and 1 hour into it, it started having issues. The shop is extremely messy and extremely unprofessional. Never again will I shop at Boss motors again.

I bought a 2008 Subaru Legacy from Boss in April. I was told that the head gaskets and timing belt had been replaced like every one else who’s written a review here. After purchasing the car, I drove it down to Missoula and had the car checked out after the check engine and oil lights came on. I ended up having to replace the rack, pinion, power steering pump, and sensor within 45 days of purchase. After another month went by, I drove the car to Bozeman and the car stalled on me before I got to my place. I had a mechanic look at it and was told that the crankshaft seals blew out, which should have been replaced with a proper and thorough timing belt replacement. If the engine in salvageable, the water pump will also need to be replaced along with the timing belt (correctly this time) since it is now covered in oil. Do not buy a car from these guys. Waste of time, waste of money.

Avoid this place like the plague! My family hit a deer in the middle of the night and needed a vehicle asap. We were stranded in CDA a few hundred miles from home and were looking for an honest used car place. Boss motors seemed legitimate on the surface so we purchaced a used Subaru with low miles. After a few weeks we noticed a strange noise. Took it in and a rod was bent. Jeremiah told us he was willing to fix if we purchased the parts labor free. Seemed like a good deal and gave them the benefit of the doubt . We moved out of state and the head gasket blew and the rear oil seal needs redone. Both were part of the repair. Not to mention the water pump went out and many other repairs (brakes were shot etc.) We've put $5k in to a $7k vehicle in 3 years. The biggest scam artists I've ever seen! Look elsewhere!
