Joe Rumore of JLR Developments did a remodel of not only my kitchen but also my bathroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful outcome of both. He was professional, yet personable, and very affordable. The job was completed in a timely manner and the clean-up was exceptional (I'm a bit OCD in this regard). Our current residence was completed by Joe Rumore, President of JLR Developements in April of last year 2013. It is a custom home and is the third one we have constructed in the last twelve years. We have learned a lot about custom home construction during that time, as well as the contractors who build them. We were fortunate in that each of our contractors was honest, competent and professional. Each was also recognized as a leader in custom home building. However, Joe Rumore stood out from the crowd in that without exception every person involved in the construction of our custom home or in construction in general stated that they would want Joe to build their custom home. Our experience with Joe supported that consensus of positive opinion. We would have no reservation in recommending Joe to anyone who wanted to build a custom home in the Northern Idaho area.
