Very well cleaned great breakfast and the pool was like an ice box and the hot tub was hot but jets were broken but I was at least happy I was able to sit in the hot tub

I read on prior reviews that they have warm cookies. That was not the case for three days and I stayed at this location. Breakfast was not to my liking the other choice. Hotels I have been to the breakfast was much better. I ended up just having a bagel and cereal. Coffee was very water down. Pool was open. This location is an old location. It is pet friendly if you have allergies to animals, please make sure to ask if your room but they are giving you has had a pet stay there before. We found dog hair in the sofa all around the hotel room. My daughter has allergies to dogs. The toilets do not flush in the rooms. You have to hold them down for a good six seconds and pray they dont overflow. The door leading to the bathroom feels like you have two people push help open and close the door. Its ridiculously heavy. Are the sheets the second night when when I asked housekeeping for room, service, smell like pee. Besides that it was an OK stay. Management really need to step in and make some changes. This place needs a cleaning and remodel. We stayed here to go to Silverwood it was a last minute trip, so he booked his hotel. As soon as you walk in the elevator, it smells like dogs a strong odor. Rooms: Need a remodel and a lot of different types of pets stay there. Food & drinks: We ordered dominoes who delivered, and the pizza was awesome.
