DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRES Destroyed a silver bracelet that was in the family for years, had to go to a diffrent jeweler to get it PROPERLY repaired

Ive been there a number of times for just small ticket issues, new watch batteries/band adjustments etc. However Ive always been treated like royalty by Brian, who has gone far above and beyond with his unique brand of True Customer Service. 5 stars isnt high enough of a grade. Jon Bursek

Brian from the moment he walked into the room was full of love and wanting to help in any way he could! I had a special ring of mine lose its delicate amethyst stone from its prongs. He immediately went to work placing it back in, as well as cleaned the tarnish off the silver of the ring. Thank you so much Brian, you are absolutely wonderful!

The second I walked in, Brian was right there to help me. He listened to every detail I gave that my now fianc wanted in a ring. After listening to what I wanted, we immediately went online and scoped out the different options. He was very honest about where he was buying everything and showed me exactly what I was getting. I really enjoyed this step because many other jewelers I stopped at didnt show me anything and just gave me a price. Brian is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had. I was astonished by walking in about noon on Wednesday and getting the ring at 3 PM the very next day! The price was right, the ring was perfect, my fianc loves it, and Ill continue coming here from now on! Thank you Brian, this ring totally shines in the dark like you said!

I don't know how this man stays in business. This is the second time I've gone to his shop at 5:30 in the evening and he's supposed to stay open until 6:00 and he's already closed for the day. Bad business practices, so I took my jewelry elsewhere. The shop should stay open for the time that it says it will be open on the door. This is rude to customers and annoying to waste my time to come at 5:30 and he's already closed for the day - how annoying! He needs to stay open during the hours he says he will be there so customers know they can come during those hours and won't be wasting their time to show up and he's already closed his shop for the day early. As I said this is the second time this has happened to me and I will never again make any effort to go to this jeweler for anything!
