Experienced a total lack of follow up. Very unprofessional, no customer service. Still waiting on a repair estimate ...been 3 weeks. I guess they don't need our business.

Envirocheck performed mold testing and remediation for a punctured waste drain line. I experienced frustration in obtaining a bid and getting the work scheduled (2 weeks after I accepted their bid I found out I wasn't even on their schedule). I feel the majority of the actual remediation was done in a fast, friendly efficient manner, however I was unhappy with the work done in the crawl space area. They just sprayed encapsulant over damaged areas without cleaning. After complaining and meeting with them they agreed to rectify the problem and I was relatively satisfied with the rework. However, they only took one sample and never came back to take samples from all they areas that they told me they would.

Excellent company. Hard workers. Efficient laborers! Workers are fast and helpful. Knowledgeable and honest. Willing to hear customers concerns and provide information to help ease our concerns. I would be happy to have them again and would recommend them to others needing mold remediation and minor construction.
