Health west has bizarre protocols that make it hard for the providers to provide you with the best care. They are always making me jump through hoops to get my basic prescriptions that I have taken every day for most of my life (albuterol). The providers I have seen were great but they are no longer there because of ridiculous health west protocols. I cant wait to switch to an office that cares about the patient and not just getting an encounter to bill to insurance.

My mom came in for a visit with this location and I will never take her back. She was charged for a urine test she never did. Paid $300 for the bill THE DAY OF THE VISIT before she even left the building. Then less that 1 week later from that visit her bill was turned over to collections. A bill she paid in full that day!!! Terrible service in every single aspect right down to the billing!!! If I could give this location a -10 star rating I absolutely would!!! We will stick with the Lava hot springs location
