I heard good things before they came to town but after several visits, I've determined they think it's ok for me to wait 20 minutes for a 3 piece meal every time. Ridley's chicken is better anyways

Picked-up chicken fingers and rice & beans---had to throw out. Salted (both items) to death. No flavor- little pieces of chicken and measurable mass amounts of over battering. I don't see this particular unit surviving here. Twenty bucks down the tubarooni ! Go away and come back when you've been properly inserviced.

Absolutely did not satisfy me. The chicken was tasteless and did not fill me up at all. Tasted horrendous, and as if it was not spiced. The Mashed Potatoes & Cajun Gravy was cold and not appetizing at all. Definitely would like to see improvement at this location as it is not up to the standards others hold.

I just finished ordering here, and it was probably the worst costumer service I've ever received. If the managers or owners see this, the shift was 6:30 pm Jan 11. We ordered two large combos, and they gave us small, but that's not the issue. The issue is that there was an older lady working the drive thru who grumbled to her co-workers, "I didn't hear large." She was scowling, and instead of saying, "Sorry for the mistake, I'll fix that for you." She made it seem like it was our fault, then they acted like it was rocket science to upgrade our order. They told us there was no manager that could refund our order, so they made us pay extra. There should always be a manager on duty at any given time to do refunds. The entire time she acted like we were an inconvenience to be there, despite how we were more civil to them. There was a younger worker that seemed caught in the middle of it, the real issue was with the middle aged woman. I like the food here, but honestly, as a former supervisor of a customer service job, this would result in a write up or worse. UPDATE: They also didn't upgrade the sides to large like we asked. They didn't give us napkins, and they didn't give us sauce we asked for. So they made us pay almost $8 extra for the large, but they didn't make everything large. Also, I'm pretty sure it's their job to upsell, so they should have RECOMMENDED the large anyways, not acted like it was an inconvenience.
