        Healthy habits is a great place that helps get your weight as well as life goals back on track. Staff is very friendly and informative on all the treatments the clinic has to offer to their clients.

        Truly thankful for Healthy habit. The day I stepped on the scale and cried that I had gained 21 lbs in the last year. With learning a new way to eat (never going hungry) and the vitamin b12 shots I have successfully lost 23lbs in 5 weeks and I feel amazing. My RA doctor told me every pound I lose is like 4lbs of pressure on my knees and 6lbs of pressure from my hips. Love and forever thankful to Healthy habits
