Zero stars! I saw Slade Thacker for a return to work authorization. EIGHT days later, I finally went to the clinic and sat in the waiting room until someone would talk to me, as they weren't returning my calls. He never came out to talk to me, but sent a nurse with my note and an apology that he thought he already sent it. I lost $800 in wages waiting for that

Ever since Heather Hoewing left back in February, the quality of practice has diminished. The next doctor I saw, Linnae Frisby, has given me grief time and time again. I have been battling her for the last 3 weeks trying to get my 2 medications prescribed properly, but she keeps screwing up the count, dosage, and location. Even now I had to buy the wrong dosage/count because I was completely out, which is roughly $20 more expensive than what I normally buy. The local Walmart pharmacy had to give me a small emergency refill because she put the script in to the wrong location. For nearly a month now I've been taking half doses because of her incompetence or inability to pay attention. Not to mention, she's been dropping many of her older patients because they "have too many problems", and 2 of them were my aunt and grandmother, so that made me even more upset. If you are going to West Valley for an appointment, go with either Dr Koga or somewhere else entirely.

Today I met with Linnae Frisby to establish her as my new PCP. She was beyond kind, caring & knowledgeable! I felt heard & I appreciated that she took her time with me & addressed all of my concerns! I was able to get right in & I couldn't be happier!
