Sprinkler Blowout

I used this business last year to blow out my sprinklers. He left me a card with the pricing, so naturally this year I picked up the card and called to schedule this yearly maintenance. Apparently, this guy doesn't work outside caldwell anymore. And if he was to come to me in nampa, it was going to be an extra 10 dollar charge. But that didn't even happen because he forgot my appointment anyway, wouldn't honor the pricing on his card, and was trying to charge me extra this year even though I still live at the same place in nampa. He was rude, told me to find someone else for my service, and my experience overall was very unprofessional and disappointing, to say the least.

Cliff Gray was very professional and easy to work with. Very responsive by text and had me booked within minutes. He was an honest and hard working individual. I'll definitely use his services in the future and highly recommend him to anyone that's looking to get their sprinkler system blown out before winter.
