        I am a little disappointed. I ordered some flowers for valentines day. As I know valentines day is a busy time for flowers, I ordered ahead and to have it scheduled for 2/14. However, they delivered them a day early. I really needed these delivered on the day that i scheduled them for, not a day early. I even talked to someone on the phone and they told me it would for sure be there on 2/14.

      Hi There! The only delivery sent a day early was placed online, with no phone communiction. Our website does let customers know at the top of the catalog/next to each product image that Valentines Day is flex delivery. 2/13-2/14 & we have been trying to let everyone know due to 80 deliveries a day with short staff. We apologize for any misunderstanding
