I got the rib sandwich it was amazing it would be 5 stars but my grandfather got the brisket and it was hust fat and no meat so you need to work on that but for the most part service was amazing good job.

Ive been living here in the Treasure Valley for 15 years and was feeling like eating some BBQ Pulled-Pork and Smoke Beef-Brisket. Found this spot In Caldwell actually Smoking Beef-Brisket as I pulled up to the location The Smoke House BBQ, and ordered Beef-Brisket and Pulled-Pork and these delicious SMOKED buttery red potatoes that tasted so GOOD and it literally melted in your mouth. The Beef-Brisket was the BOMB!!! Beef Brisket is made so perfect, just torn apart with two fingers and the flavor was amazing. Pulled-Pork is also delicious! If you ever stop by I DEFINITELY recommend the Beef-Brisket and the Red Potatoes

Wow, I was surprised how well my 1lb. of Brisket sandwich with potato salad and baked beans was. I was surprised again when I was told the brisket sandwich came with a lb. of brisket. That is cheap and the meal ain't bad. I will most definitely go again sometime because they also have ribs, chicken, and other items I want to try smoked.
