This is a great family run business! Jevon and the entire staff were always very friendly and helpful. I had to come from Seattle to pickup the trailer given the lack of inventory in western Washington and Jevons dad (Jim) was kind enough to meet me part ways in Spokane. Very smooth, easy transaction and would definitely recommend!

I am disappointed with the service I just received. I bought a 22'-tilt trailer, and was only able to pick it up on a Saturday. I completed the paperwork on Friday afternoon so that I could pick it up on Saturday. I plugged in the lights and saw that the running lights were working, but did not go back to fully check the tail lights (and that was my bad). I raised the jack, and dropped the trailer off at our shop. When my husband used the trailer yesterday (Sunday), he noticed that the tail lights were not working, and the jack stand would not extend when the handle was released (we even stood on it, trying to put on extra weight). I called this morning, and the office clerk asked if I had tried everything out before leaving on Saturday (not that it would have made a difference on Saturday, because they just have a skeleton staff there). So, yep, I am to blame for not trying everything out before leaving - the lights and extending and retracting the jack (but really - how complicated is a jack??). However, today there was no attempt or offer made to see if could be corrected, even if I paid for the repairs, because it was an As-Is sale. So my warning when dealing with Circle B is Buyer Beware because I have no idea how well their used stock is inspected, and their customer service is disappointing. We will not buy from them again in the future.
