A tad disappointed with our experience here, my husband came in for a rental in which he was told this rarely gets rented out and he could rent it for 18 dollars over the weekend as long as he returned it Monday. Though the customer service was kind and seemed good he wasn't given a exact time frame to return the rental and the above was a very relaxed care free nature to "just return it Monday" and it will be 18. That being said my husband also had to fly out at 2am last minute for work on Sunday, early morning Monday. So I brought the item in at 11:53 am for him, on Monday and was told the total was now 28 dollars. I said that is not right, it's supposed to be 18? In which i was replied to with, well it would of been if you brought it in on Saturday, which made no sense to me because that wasn't what was said.. then he added and since it's afternoon now you have that half day charge to. I didn't feel like debating or arguing with the man over what was originally said and the expression and vibe given. I am disappointed with the lack of more communication, if there was a certain exact time on Monday the item needed to be returned before a extra charge we should of been informed before hand. I'm sure this is a good company despite this experience that left us disappointed. That being said I don't want anyone to leave feeling as I did, annoyed, confused, and that the consent of the agreement was lacking the full details before renting.
