Serviced started good then Carlos took over and it turn horrible lies cheats steals no support. Has not worked in two years can not get anyone to fix it.cancelled service they still bill me and they won't answer my calls . Don't use them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!!! I decided to use Zenith when I first moved to Idaho Falls, the salesman was nice and explained everything well. So I chose a one of their packages, to later find out the cameras weren’t “their” company and I’d have to set up another account with the camera company. Well after about two months of the cameras not working properly, I called to have them canceled. Zenith told me they would take care of it. Two months go by and I’m still being charged for the cameras!! So I called back and Zenith told me it would be taken care of. Needless to say they never took care of it, I called the camera company and explained what I needed done. They wouldn’t cancel it unless Zenith canceled it!! A YEAR A HALF LATER, and a bill for cameras I never used I!!! Was finally able to get it canceled!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Zero stars! Do NOT do business with this horrible company!!! Worst company we’ve ever used. Complete scam. Every time I try to call and get something fixed or taken care of, it takes months for them to finally do something about it. I finally just gave up and we didn’t use our alarm for about a year and a half to wait until our contract was up and cancel. Mind you we were paying for it the entire time while it wasn’t working properly. We finally cancelled our security plan after the five year contract was up and now they are still charging us months later after they’ve already come and taken the equipment away. I’ve called numerous times and the guy just makes up more lies and says they will refund us when they still haven’t. Now we will have to contact our bank to stop payment on these scammers. How can a company charge you after they have taken all of your equipment and you no longer have a contract through them? Stealing peoples money when they are already struggling during hard times. Take your money elsewhere and use a legitimate company that cares about its customers.
