I'm new to Internet Marketing and I must say I'm a HUGE fan of Russell Brunson. I also love ClickFunnels and have suggested it to everyone I know. What I love the most is the support at ClickFunnels. Literally, I type a question in at 2am in the morning and the most awesome service reps are there to answer my questions. I love ClickFunnels not just for their awesome support but the technology is very flexible and easy to use. I've moved all of my membership platforms to ClickFunnels from Kajabi and it was super easy. I've read both of Russell's books and listen to his courses in the shower. Brilliant mind! you know, i used to be a big fan of russell brunsons stuff... in fact, over the years, ive spent well over $10,000 in training from him... that was until he released clickfunnels... what a bunch of clowns running their support over there... we have had our account for almost 8 months now.... all of out funnels are doing $60k+ every month, and when we found a multiple charge error that was coming from clickfunnels API.... we decided to give support a buzz... WOW, for $297 a month, you think youd get what you pay for, actual "premium support" i think is what they call it... NOPE, 3 weeks later, our merchant as put our deposits on hold and clickfunnels hasn't responded in DAYS.... they keep giving us the run around... im ashamed i have recommended this to so many IM buddies who have entrusted me with their software, clickfunnels... i will be contacting BBB, ive canceled my live event tickets, and i will be a strong advocate of NOT signing up with clickfunnels to ALL of my internet marketing friends.... you should be ashamed russell at your circus clown customer support team.... its truly pathetic...
