Roots Family History

I was so happy to find Roots Family History to restore some old family photos that had yellowed. The restoration turned out beautifully and I was pleasantly surprised they were done within a week. Angie and the front desk was so helpful and patient with lots of questions. I also had them print bridal photos of my kids and they did such a wonderful job. I am so happy to support a local business that offers exceptional service!

The entire staff is friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. They take the time to answer all your questions and explain the process and any limitations, if any. All prices are spelled out ahead of time and there are no last minute suprises. The quality of the work is exceptional! My order came out even better than I had hoped for. I was so please and I have brought another batch of my reel-to-reel tapes in for them to convert. I am very pleased and I am planning to use them again!

Im in the business of photography and video and can tell you that Roots Family History is a hands on quality service. They take care of each project as if its their own family and will be upfront on any challenges your project might have. Its also great to be able to drop off your family history rather than sending it out of state. If I didnt live in the Treasure Valley, I would still use Roots as I know they would be in touch with me through every step of the process and it would be in knowledgeable hands. Highly recommend (and I dont do this very often).

It was wonderful finding Roots Family History! They were able to transfer my Grandfathers1957 8 mm reels to a digital format. It was very exciting to watch my grandparents on vacation in Colorado, the Redwoods and the coast of California!! And more to come!! Very pleased with their expertise!!
