Was involved in a crazy accident at a car show in Boise. Many victims/plaintiffs including my son and myself. 3 or 4 named defendants. A number of different law firms involved. It was a huge mess that took 4 years to resolve. Evan Mortimer did a great job navigating all of it. Through the criminal proceedings and victim impact to the civil case litigation Evan dIdn’t give up or back down. There was a very limited amount of money available for all involved. Evan did a great job of getting the horrible medical bills negotiated and paid and some money for us, which required him to restructure his fee schedule but he did it just so we could get something. For quite awhile it seemed like we were going to be left holding the bag for all of it but he got it done. Thank you Evan.
