BEWARE This company is a complete scam, Regardless what Whirlpool or Maytag tell you they will charge you a service fee even if your appliance is under warranty
The technician misdiagnosed my dishwasher then when he found out it was under warranty I did not hear from him for over 7 days

With parts able to be ordered online easily, the appeal of this store is getting parts faster. I called the store at 2:58pm and no answer. Then drove to the store at 3:24pm. Site says open M-F until 5. Phone says open until 4. Now I am looking at a sign that says we closed at 3.
I called before 3, no indication on the phone. I am just saying, you lost my sale and probably future sales from me. I get wanting to cut out early on a Friday, but its going to be hard to stay in business if you cant keep your posted hours.

We had a very expensive Bosch cooktop that was not functioning properly after it was installed by the builder. The flame could not be adjusted much regardless of how much the knobs were turned. Kerry came to perform the warranty work. After 20 minutes, he had adjusted all of the burners and explained all the work he had done. Great service and very efficient.

No call and no show for a Friday appointment. Thanks for leaving us with no refrigerator for another weekend.
If your tech could take a picture of our door, they could have also called from the door. The updated story from Capitol now is that they apparently called a few minutes before arrival from an unidentified number, were surprised that people didn't pick up an unknown call from a random number, left no voicemail message from that call to let us know that the call wasn't actually spam marketing, then showed up 10 minutes later, stood at the door, took a picture, but for whatever reason did not think to call again or even to knock. And then just left. Here's my suggestion. 1. use a phone number that comes up as an actual business on a caller ID. 2. Leaving voicemails with relevant timing information behind. 3. Recognize that people who WFH may be on a business call themselves and miss a call (which is why the voicemail is important) and or a single doorbell ring (that they weren't listening for b/c they didn't receive an identified call or voicemail). But blaming the customer instead of aligning business practices with 2023 reality is an option too.
Edit 2: Fridge was out of commission for about 6 weeks. Let's chalk that up to Whirlpool's wreck of a parts supply chain. But the fix only lasted 19 days and now the fridge is dead again. This is 2 fixes in
