Unfortunately this interaction was very fake, ‘salesy’ which I learned later. After being referred to her by my realtor/co-worker, I had over an hour long phone call with Jesskia about starting our home buying process through them which seemed genuine as she used all the personable tactics. However after our call, and after calling and e-mailing the week after, we never heard from this woman again lol. We ended up finding a great lender with great communication but just be aware of saving your time, instead of feeling duped!

Jessika was great to work with through the stressful home buying process. I got to work with her twice in two years. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. She and the Fairway team were great to work with and answered all of my questions. They help get me the best rate and lower PMI with my smaller down payment. When the interest rates dropped significantly, I was able to refinance my rate and save quite a bit over the life of the loan. I can't recommend Jessika and the fairway team enough

WOW. Thank you so much! When I started, I wasn't sure that I would ever get to the end of the road, but you and your team were so supportive and helpful every step of the way. I really appreciated all the good communication you provided. I know that because you guys do this all day, every day, it might seem obvious to you what needs to be done next, but for us, it was like wandering through an impossible maze. You and your people were always patient with my questions and helped every step of the way. We appreciate it more than you know.
I know this is your job and you get paid to do it, but I just hope you know that there is a lot more to it than just money for us. On the other end of all these emails and texts has been a dad and mom trying to make things better for their family. We are the most blessed people in the world, with a beautiful family that means everything to us and we're going to fix up this house just the way we want it and build our memories together. Your work has made that possible. Please let those you work with to understand that sometimes you really are making a difference that you might not ever see. THANK YOU!
