Ive been seeing Shayna for my laser hair removal and I have been really pleased! She is extremely gentle and always so friendly. While laser hair removal isnt pain free, she makes you feel comfortable and makes the process all the much easier. I highly recommend her!

I went to silk touch today and had a pleasant experience with the front desk team Grace and Paige, they helped me set up my laser hair removal. It was so quick and easy with the paperwork ,and they were so helpful with any questions I had , it is a very professional and inviting atmosphere with the team it was like a new family I didn't know about ! if you ever need anything they got you covered and with a 5 star experience too !

Dr. Jason Nealy performed liposuction on my thighs below my buttocks and inner thighs. They were removed unevenly and I ended up with a deep indentation on the front of my thigh. This is irreversible damage! He is very prideful and didn't even apologize.
When I told Dr. Nealy about this, he said my results looked great. Then yelled at me, saying that he had done enough for me and that if I ever tried to fix it, I would make it worse. At some point he snapped at me and advised me to go on a diet and exercise plan. I am 5'2" and weigh 115 pounds. The liposuction was so painful that I groaned in pain. Dr. Nealy didn't stop to numb me out more, he just continued until I started crying (I cried 15+ minutes from the intense pain and could not stop myself. I stopped breathing from heart pain in the middle of that cry, it was bad). The worst part is that I have poor results from liposuction. When I asked him why it hurt so much at the post-op appointment, he didnt find anything to say.
Dr. Nealy is a young surgeon who is still
perfecting his art. My biggest advice is to go to a plastic surgeon who has 10+ years of
experience that also has good consistent results.
Can't stand criticism, starts raising his voice and saying offensive things about you. Even though you politely told him what he did wrong. I wish this was all a nightmare, but unfortunately this is now my reality.
All of this could have been prevented if Dr. Nealy had not been careless with me. I paid Dr. Nealy good money, I trusted him. I'm more insecure about my thighs now than ever before.
