Coram CVS/specialty Infusion Services

We have been using Coram Specialty Infusion Services for my husband's medical needs and these people are wonderful. They are professional, knowledgeable and available 24/7. So glad we have them available to help us. They are A+ all the way!

Wondering if this is a scam. Have spent well over a month waiting on these people. They told us they were waiting on our insurance. So we called our insurance and they never received anything and helped us get a claim started.

If I could put no starts I would ! Every order I placed has always had problems getting to me, supposedly never received it. Had Dr. fax prescriptions multiple times and it was always lost or never received. I went through coram for my daughters infused feedings and the fact they didnt take my child supplies seriously is very upsetting.

Our insurance requires us to use this facility. We are disappointed almost every time we come here. All, but one of the nurses can not get my daughters infusion started with one stick and have difficulty drawing labs.

I needed some iv therapy for my dad, they walked me thru what they needed from the doctor for insurance, they worked tirelessly all day to move it forward as fast as they can, they were there reaching out to finish the work til after closing. I have never seen a company try harder to to help then these guys. Amy in admissions was amazing, kind, understanding listened to my fears and just made this whole experience as good as can be. Heather stepped in to assist with paperwork, we all know paper work can be tiresome and tedious but she went over every bit of it so it would be ready for me to sign correctly. I know now where to refer friends too who need help with infusions. Thank you guys!!
