Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center

I've had to go to the emergency room once and had surgery here once. The staff is doing the best they can with shortages in workers. They're kind, compassionate, and friendly.

This is for the radiology dept as I dont see a section for that. The doctor and nurse were wonderful. The problem was the receptionist, dont know her name but short gray hair, was rude and short. Your building is marked Cancer and so I would rather be anywhere else, even getting a root canal, than there. I have been to St Als for numerous appointments in the last week for a breast cancer diagnosis. I have not changed my phone number or moved in the last two days so dont give me attitude when I tell you nothing has changed. Its all on the computer you are staring at, not even looking at me. Fake being nice for your shift or find another job.

Shout out to Nurse Alfredo! He made me laugh so hard before and even right after my surgery, so I had to leave a review. The staff there is so wonderful, and I'm thankful that I was able to have both of my carpal tunnel release surgeries done there in Boise at the Day Surgery Center. The staff and the doctors are what made it so pleasant this time around.

You are just a number here at Saint Alphonsus. Don't expect any help from these people. The ER doctor was pretentious and lacks medical common sense.
